Registration fee

Participants would be charged the following as the colloquium registration fees. The registration fee is inclusive of 6% GST:

(i) Each participant is allowed to bring two visitors with no charge. However, food is not provided to the visitors.

(ii) For external visitors that would like to attend the colloquium, you can register at the Registration Counter on that day itself at a charge of RM20


Payment Methods

Upon confirmation of registration, there are two options available for the payment of registration fees by participants. As a requirement, the participants must provide a scanned-copy/screenshot/photo of bank-in slip, online transaction slip or credit card payment receipt as proof of payment for finance verification purpose. Any cancellations must be made at least one (1) month prior to the actual colloquium date. Kindly take note that there will be no refunds upon cancellation of participation.



  • Tea breaks, lunch meals, and closing dinner are covered in the registration fees and hence, will be provided as part of the colloquium programme.
  • Participants are allowed to bring along a maximum of two (2) accompanying persons to attend the colloquium.
